Burrata should be anything but bland. To show just how versatile it can be, Galbani set out to inspire mozzarella lovers to get more creative in the kitchen.

We brought the idea to life with a two-day Burrata Bar in the heart of Shoreditch, starting with an influencer and press preview night. Guests enjoyed free sweet and savoury burrata dishes, injected at the table by our chefs for a little extra theatre.
